Lunch for 75 guests!

[I Love Grub]

I am in process of setting up a 60th birthday lunch for my father, but I am having trouble picking a location. We're expecting about 75 guests, so we'd need someplace to accommodate a large group. A private room is preferred. I'm looking to spend around $30 p/p.

Anyplace in the SFV, Los Angeles, or even as far south as Torrance/Gardena would do. I just need suggestions!
