Sangria recipe [split from Austin board}

Give the Sangria a try at Dona Emilia's, it made with Lulo & Mora juice from South America. For a little extra kick you could also try a frozen margarita with sangria.
Here's my recipe for at a warm day on the patio by the pool.
* 1 Bottle of red wine ( Tempranillo from Rioja, Spain is the best)
* 1 Lemon cut into wedges
* 2 Lime cut into wedges
* 1 Orange cut into wedges
* 1 Tbsp brown sugar
* 2 ozs Bacardi limon rum
* 1 Can of 7-up
and throw in a hand-fulls of sliced strawberries, peaches, fresh blueberries, watermelon & raspberries
I love eating the soaked sangria fruit while listening to Jerry Jeff and Gipsy Kings anywhere near water. Jerry Jeff's music was so much better before he got on the wagon!
