Vegas Steak Houses

Hi, fellow chowhounds;

Just discovered this awesome site, and am looking for help in selecting a Vegas steak house.

Next month, I'll be paying my 4th visit in 7 years to "Sin City", and superb dining is paramont to making this another great vacation.

In reading recent reviews, I see good things about many Vegas steak establishments, but who, in your opinion really stands out ? ( I don't mind dropping a $150 per person for a very good place.)

Here are a few "meat markets" that have been advised: Craft Steak, Delmonico, Del Frisco's. (I ate at Smith & Wollensky's about 3 years ago and thought it was poor. Dined at Lowry's for Prime Rib last year..good, but didn't blow me away.) Have been to Emeril's @ MGM--very good..and the buffets at Wynn & Bellagio were excellent.

Also, if there are other restaurants--any cuisine, on the strip you'd give a thumbs up to, I'd appreciate it. Staying at Bellagio.

Thank you !

"More is never enough" Which, by the way, is my philosophy when it comes to chowing down !

    staying at bellagio ...add prime to the list - my spin, very good ( as is craft steak and delmonico's ) but for me, it does not have the steakhouse feel, it's more of a high-end restaurant feel...not a bad thing, just a different feel. off strip ( not too far off ) - n9ne is worth a try at the palms.
