out-of-towner asking about Fiesta Taco on N. Hollywood in Burbank

adorno May 12, 2007 06:00 PM

A few days ago I posted a question about places in Burbank or nearby that have tongue or tripe tacos or menudo. I was wondering about Fiesta Taco since that's in the direction I'll be heading: I'm flying in from NY and want to go to a taco stand with offal tacos or with menudo. Will this place fit the bill? If so, how early is it open?

I like FIESTA TACOS, 1110 N Hollywood Way
    Burbank, CA 91505
    (818) 558-6645.

Bandini, presiding judge over at The Great Taco Hunt, give the joint four stars.
I think I may have set a record by eating at Fiesta for two straight weeks (10 business days), scarfing down asada, pastor and lengua tacos. May not serve the most fiery or passionate tacos, and you may have to stand in line with Industry phonies on cell phones and hungover musicians, but for Burbank they're great!
Earliest I've been is just bef. 10 a.m., when they were still serving desayuno and breakfast burritos de tripas.
Less than three minutos from bob Hope (burbank) Airport.

I love this place. Don't expect anything in the way of atmosphere, but the food's very fresh and good.
