I haven't had any yet, but since you wrote that I checked out the menu online and they look like they might be pretty good (interesting ingredient combinations for a fast food "sandwich" joint. The nutritional profiles are pretty good for them, too if you're careful with the dressing.

Personally, I prefer their crispy chicken sandwiches to their roast beef. The beef always tastes kind of funky to me. The crispy chicken is pretty meaty and not that greasy for fast food chicken, and they have a variety of toppings. Of course, no fried chicken is healthy, but it can be tasty!

I'm sure the meat is over processed and "injected" with who knows what, but I really enjoy the big roast beef sandwich (whatever name it has this year). They apparently have a whole bunch of other things, but all i ever go for is the roast beef sandwich. Sure is a good alternative to a burger.

Yep, I agree. Its "fast food' in its truest American sense. Too much salt, too much fat, etc. But, within that category, I find their sandwiches generally fairly tasty and the "potato cakes" pretty darned good. I love the jamocha shake.
You can get a good sense of whats in things here http://www.arbys.com/nutrition/printa...
Its not always pretty lol, but very informative.
