Fudge Brownies in Philly?

Where's the best place to find fudge brownies and chocolate desserts in downtown Philadelphia? Thanks in advance for your response!

    pink rose pastry shop at 4th and bainbridge. and you can sit and order a coffee in a very tiny quaint setting. the lemon bars are bangin also.
