New Steakhouse in Bethesda

I saw somewhere online a new steakhouse (non chain) in Bethesda. Any ideas? It had a clever name as does "Ray's the Steaks".

    its actually in downtown Silver Spring with the original over in Arlington.

      That's Ray's. I believe the OP is referring to this new place in Bethesda called Rarely Legal. At least I think that is the name.

        It's in the old South Beach location on Woodmont Ave near Tastee Diner. No menu posted, so I didn't realize it was a steakhouse. Terrible name, IMO.

            Yup its right on woodmont in the old south beach cafe. ive been several times.. your steak comes with a choice of 11 different sauces and 2 sides (personal favorites: lobster corn mash and truffled mac&cheese). they also have some of the best fish entrees around, and great burgers.. Bar specials are INCREDIBLY cheap too.. i highly recommend it and am/will continue to be a regular there
