      <content>Another thumbs up for Cedars, but I agree - I looked at some threads here on the Home Cooking board last week and made my first batch on Saturday, and now I feel just stupid for having bought it prepared for all these years.  The fresh lemon juice flavor, especially, is incomparably better, and it took me all of five minutes.  </content>

      <content>My hummus discovery is that I use it in place of mayo when making a tuna sandwich/salad.

You can choose different flavors, and it doesn't take much hummus to "bind" the tuna.

My current fav is a spicy red pepper hummus tuna sandwich.

I, too, favor the Sabra brand BTW.
