I'd like to hear more about Nob Hill Cafe, SF. On Check Please all 3 enjoyed it. What do chowhounds think? The SF Twins are often seen dining there.

Its fine. It's just a block away from my home so it serves its purpose well, but I would not recommend as a destination. The pastas are tasty, large, and typically pretty heavy on the cream. The pizzas are fine, they mix in some BBQ chicken type specials, but I usually stick fairly straightforward renditions. Simple fish entrees are fresh and tasty. I have a friend who really likes the lasagne. The artichoke soup last week was delicious.
