high school graduation dinner
Greetings Chowhounds -- have two special occasions coming up that I would like to solicit your advice on:
The first is a high school graduation -- need a place close to Fenway Park that opens early (4:00p ish) cause the graduate is going to the game after dinner. Has to be somewhat upscale since we are bringing the grandparents. The menu should be just a bit nicer than Eastern Standard but not as fancy as Clio. Any suggestions?
Second and this is much bigger -- we are celebrating an adoption -- looking for a restaurant with really good food that has a private room that can hold maybe 50 to 100 people. This could be anywhere in the Boston vicinity.
Thanks in advance!

For graduation, Petit Robert Bistro serves both a lunch and dinner menu at that time. I think Eastern Standard has a special occasion feel to it but the food at PRB might seem a little more special. There's not much upscale in the area and I don't think Great Bay is open at that time.
Mistral has a room that holds 60.
