La Chinata's best simply because it turns over quickly in most stores. I keep mine 'fridged to stretch its shelf life(it's stale-dated, so check the can). As Pizza Lover said, don't pay any more than $4 for a small tin.
I buy the La Chinata brand from Spain - both the sweet and hot smoked paprika (which adds a nice spicy kick in addition to the smokiness). They're only $4 or so at Highland Farms.
