I'm pretty new to the city and I've had the platter at a few san francisco eateries....Zuni, Aqua.....and then oysters and clams at many places like Hog Island, Swans, PJ's Oyster Bed, etc. My question is what other restaurants have a great Plateaux de Fruits de Mer? In the city please. Thanks.

Zuni is probably the best in SF, at least in my experience, offering an excellent assortment (with Hog Island tied for oysters alone). Lulu does one, Foreign Cinema (but haven't tried yet), Market Bar (quite good, best value), Grand Cafe (so, so). Lots of places just do the oysters and a few clams and shrimp. The challenge is finding more of an assortment and all very fresh.
