very early morning, weekday menudo or offal-tacos in Burbank??

Flying into LA for one day. My usual ritual when I fly into LAX is to go to Taqueria Sanchez on Centinela on the way from the airport for some menudo or tongue or cabeza tacos. But this time I'm flying into Burbank. Is there anything that would be open early morning? Is there a Lucy's in Burbank or some other 24 hr. taco place???

Thanks!

Not right in Burbank but about 10-15 minutes away (in very early morning) there's Que Ricos on Victory just west of Coldwater. They have offal tacos and usually have menudo.

It couldn't be THAT early morning, Burbank Airport doesn't open until 7 AM. By the time you rent a car it'll be 7.30 at the earliest.

Offal = snips and snails and puppy dog's tails, that is to say all the bits up at which Americans turn their collective noses -- brains and cheeks and head and trotters, liver and heart and pituitary gland and whatnot.

I should have clarified that I'd love to go to whatever place is the choice both on the way in (around 9) and the next morning where I have a flight out at 7. This place sounds great but would it be open at, say, 5?

          What, Que Ricos? It's 24x7.
