That Cilantro Rice

So I made the cilantro rice that was posted the other day and it was delicious. I have a lot left over and would like to reheat it for company for dinner tomorrow. There is quite a bit of moisture in it so how do I reheat it without having it turn out gluey?

I made the rice for our Cinco de Mayo potluck at work last week and had some leftovers too. I just put it in the microwave for a few minutes, tossing/fluffing it about halfway through and it was perfect.

      I even loved it cold!

I had some cold this morning and it was awesome. I will nuke it for company tonight though--I'm going to garnish with toasted pine nuts and cilantro.

I've never had leftovers the 3 or 4 times I've prepared it!!! Robert Lauriston was the OP of that fab recipe...Robert, what say you?

I can believe the not having leftovers. It was just DH and I for dinner but I'm sure it would have been gone if there were one or two others. Such a wonderful dish.
