Ina's Roasted Veg & Orzo?

I have Barefoot Contessa, Family Style and At Home, but I can't seem to find this recipe. I've heard great things about it and I'm planning on serving it as part of a 1st communion/mothers day spread next weekend. Can someone point me in the right direction?

I believe it's in the second Barefoot Contessa book, which I think is called "Entertains". Anyway, here's a link from the Food Network website. This is an amazing dish for entertaining - I'm sure you will enjoy it.

I didn't know she had this; I have been making orzo salad for years.
I eyeball it like a good European! :(
Cook orzo in salted water until al dente and shock. When cooled drain well add EVOO.
I grill or oven roast veggies in bite sized pieces. I use whatever is in season, like ?Vidalias, zucchini, peppers, etc.
When cooled add to orzo. I sometimes add baby arugula and then make a vinaigrette of dry mustard ( very little), EVOO, sweet lemon juice (freshly squeezed). Toss, chill and serve. If I am so inclined, I shave Parm REgg at the end and lightly fold.
