I like Campanile -- great service and food that makes my mouth water even now, months and months after my last visit. Take my mom there ever every time she visits.

Are you looking for a specific area? Coastal-centric, I second Joe's, Cafe del Rey, Jer-Ne, Lily's (a little more casual), Primitivo, and i Cugini in SM.

just so you know.
cafe del rey changed their brunch policy.
now you can only order the three course brunch, they no longer offer the 2 course brunch, and the price has gone up to ~$37/pp or so.. ..

Joe's in Venice has a wonderful brunch at a pretty reasonable price...
