how to make black milk tea like they serve in...

Chinese bubble tea places? Adding milk to black tea doesn't taste the same.

  1. Firstly, add evaporated milk. Secondly, brew your tea VERY VERY strong. There's apparently also something about egg shells or egg whites or whatever that helps give it body... Alas, I personally have no clue what that means, if anything.

    1. I think they boil the tea for a little while to make it stronger and I suspect they use a special blend of tea.
