I hate to be a party pooper, but the only advice I would give is -- don't go!
The vegetables are soggy; any and all fried foods are cooked in stale, old, musty oil. Prices are outrageous -- the place is a scene and a scene only; any corner Chinese place has better food.
In my opinion, at least.

If you are JUST going for a party, liek any party i suppose it depends on the company you keep, right? :) I went for a party last summer and thought the space was cute, intimate and cozy. Drinks are standard full bar. NEver ate there though
