Patio in Financial District

Does anyone have suggestions on a place to have a reasonably priced lunch on a patio in the Financial District? I'm meeting a friend and we're trying to look for a place preferably between both of us (Front/John and Bay/Wellington).

Hey Lucy rooftop patio (King and John)

The Keg on York street has a great courtyard patio

I second the Keg, but you have to get there pretty early.

either Caseys or Jack Astors at front/uni are ok

The Duke of Devon pub has a great patio with very good pub food in the TD paza off Wellington west of Bay. Get ther early because it fills up quickly.
