gougere storage

I made some gruyere gougeres for a potluck tomorrow. Would it be okay if I kept them at room temp until tomorrow afternoon (about 20 hours) or should I keep them in the fridge. I'm afraid they'll get soggy in the fridge.

Do not refrigerate! When they are completely cool, wrap in foil and store on the counter.

Yes! they will reheat and crisp up beautifully in the oven but don't refrigerate. I have frozen them and they've been ok, but refrigerating won't work.

Thank you both so much for the replies! They're cool and I wrapped them in plastic wrap and put them in a cake caddy. It's too bad I won't have time to reheat them tomorrow in the oven but I'm glad I can keep them on the counter. :) Thanks again! You guys are a lifesaver.
