Chicken sandwiches...what next?
So, I need a very fast but healthy dinner for the hubby tonight. Must be able to get through the grocery store and make the dinner in about 45 minutes. I'm thinking about picking up a rotisserie chicken, nice bread, etc. to make a panini. But I can't decide what to put on it. Ham and gruyere? Goat cheese, roasted red peppers, tapenade, arugula? So many possibilities. Throw ideas my way, please!
