Anyone been there? Was it good? What should we order?

    Hate to be the dissenter - but i thought it was just "eh" Maybe it was the restaurant week menu, but I expected much more. Service was way off as well. I did an extensive review back in the winter about the place....

      I've gone there several times and always greatly enjoyed it. I've typically gone to it as a pre-theatre option and have had the prix fixe, so I haven't gotten a chance to try most of what was on the wider menu. The venison orecchiete were excellent (though I think it might be more of a fall dish), as was a Korobuta pork dish I remember having there. Also, they made a peanut chocolate bombe with salted caramel ice cream that I'd also recommend.

        I'd give it a try. They have a nice breakfast, and if you stay at the City Club hotel, they handle room service. Gets very crowded pre-theater so try to get in after 8 o'clock.

          Have not eaten there, but have read several times, that the burger is very good, although very expensive...

            Was just there a few weeks ago for a business lunch. If you can swing it, get the $32 burger, I would say it's in the "not miss" category.
