Turkey Breast...can I use Miso?

I bought a beautiful skinless turkey breast from the butcher, is there a way to incorporate Miso? Not for any particular reason, but I happen to have it and not much else. I have to cook it today beause I bought it on Sunday. Thank you!

  1. You can make a sauce with miso and red wine that is very nice on cooked meats. Here is one variation of it (over tuna), but you may want to leave out the ginger and chili sauce with the turkey:

    You could also shred some of the meat once it is cooked and serve it in miso soup.

      1. There was a great looking recipe for miso-rubbed Turkey in the Nov. 2005 issue of Gourmet Magazine. I would imagine you could adapt it for a turkey breast. Here's the link to the recipe on epicurious:
