I didn't see 'garlic' among the pickle choices online (thepickleguys), yet there have been people discussing them here. Is the garlic the same as the 'new' pickle, or the 'sour', or is it something else entirely?
I'm a fan of the string beans. And the horseradish pickles. I keep mentioning to the Pickle Guys that I had some awesome horseradish pickles in Brighton Beach that were stained with beet juice, in the hopes that the Pickle Guys will start making them that way.
The Pickle Guys have full sours & half sours & new pickles. They're all different, and they all involve garlic. A new pickle becomes a half sour and then a full sour depending on how long it is brined.
Nope. A new pickle is just that, a cucumber that hasnt spent much time in the brine and still retains that cucumber crunch. Completely different type of pickle than a sour or half sour.
