One dinner tomorrow night before Cirque

Coming into town from T.O. to write about the Cirque opening. Would love a great meal beforehand. Can I squeeze in the tasting menu at Touque in two hours if i'm by myself? Any other options nearby I should try?

In old Montreal my favorite is Chez L'Epicier. Not super up-scale but have always had great meals there. High marks for presentation. Leave room for dessert and order the club sandwich (yes, for dessert). Or better yet just go for dessert after the show.

Le Club Chasse et pêche is really close to the Cirque's big top and is one of the better options in the Old Montreal.

I haven't been but the reviews are great. I head something about a risotto with shaved foie gras on top which seemed quite good. I know they're good with fish as well. Enjoy.
