I can't believe no one replied to this yet. I don't know exactly what they're planning but Casa Real in Oxford (northern Oakland County) is having some kind of Cinco de Mayo party. You may want to contact them to see what it entails. They normally have free salsa lessons on Saturday nights but there may be more festivities tomorrow. I like their food but depending on where you live it may or may not be worth the drive. Their menu is online: www.casarealoxford.com. Good luck!

"I can't believe no one replied to this yet."

Well, the question was worded as to "Best Cinco de Mayo festivities" as opposed to "recommended Mexican places." I'm not privy to actual CdM plans, but El Comal is quite good in my estimation.
