Is Okinawan to be had in LA?

Hey there,
Back from a trip to Oahu with three Oki restaurants. Great food --still obsessing over it. Any chance of getting some Oki soba, nakami, champuru, etc around la?

I haven't heard/don't know of any, but I order the goya champuru at Raku in West LA. Please do let me know if you hear of any other places around town!

okinawan soba can be approximated with the refrigerated, packaged variety you can find at japanese supermarkets. you'll need to add your own benishoga (red ginger), green onions, and other toppings, though.

other than that... oki dog? lol...
