I need to take a dozen doughnuts to a meeting, and I'm not sure where to get them now that there's no more Krispy Kreme in the hood. Upper 70s or low-mid 80s location preferred. Ideas?
Does it have to be donuts? There's Homemade Bake Shop on 78th/amsterdam with a bunch of choices. Or maybe Beard Papa on 76th/Broadway.
There's always Zabars as well.
Worst case, there's always Dunkin on 94th/broadway or so..
also, levain on 74th has a small but impressive selection of baked goods, particularly their tremendous (and awesome) cookies.
