Green T - Rome

I know they're expensive, but when the first opened, and for a while after that, the food was really good, and one of the few places in Rome with restuarant quality ethnic cooking. However, for a long time I didn't go there, and a few weeks ago I had a super disappointing not much better than your usual roman italian chinese meal there, and the service was not what it used to be(however the price was still up there, if not higher) Does anybody else go there, or used to?, to confirm? I'm hoping it was a just an off night, but it was kind of looking like a another place ruined by its own sucess the night I was last there

  1. I haven't been in quite a while. I did go several times soon after it opened and loved it. I walk past it all the time at lunchtime and have noticed more customers and possibly a more, um, popular-type lunch menu. I'll have to investigate. It would be a shame if they can't keep up their standard.

Thanks, please report back. Would love to know what you think - it would be a real shame if the dinner I had the other night (and pretty expensive it was) is the new green T. Italianed down for their new popularity? Who will take their place?
