How late would that be? And what kind of food and ambiance are you looking for?
Quality Meats, the steakhouse, on 58th St., b/t 5th & 6th Avs., serves dinner until 11:30 p.m. The bar, which has a charcuterie menu, is open until 1 a.m.

La Bonne Soupe, on 55th, b/t 5th & 6th, serves until 11:30 p.m. Sweet French bistro with lots more on the menu than just good soups.
