Made Some Delicious Poi

Got some Taro roots from 99 Ranch, steamed them, skinned them, and mashed them in a bowl. Added some salt, sugar, and vanilla extract and mashed them until they became thick and glutenized. Scooped with 2 fingers and yes, they were simply divine. Great dessert for under a dollar.
