Yes, it's another search for a birthday dinner spot...
Looking for a place that can hold up to 35 people or so.
Keeping it affordable about $30-$35 for dinner & maybe one glass of wine.
People from all walks of life so looking for a place that's not too loud but not too intimate either. One that lends to good conversation and is preferably 'mid-city' to be geographically fair...

Thought about:
Cha Cha Cha
Chao Krung
El Cholo
Bombay Palace

Any recommendations?

On the other hand, if I decide to a romatic dinner or lazy lunch with just my boyfriend I was hoping to find a good date spot. Preferably outdoor dining available with mood lighting if night, and some greenery not right off sidewalk or next to lots of traffic. Something cozy, about $35pp, Good service. Intimate (but not empty). An atmosphere that encourages a long meal. Recommendations?

Check out Porterhouse Bistro. Looks like they have a banquet menu that is $29.00 per person (might be lunch only--sorry). www.porterhousebistro.com
