Suggestions for Mother's Day Brunch

It's a bit of a challenge, but need a fairly unassuming place that won't break the bank and might actually have tables open. For 5 or 6 people.

Some other considerations if anyone's got input:
    Bistro D'Oc
    Circle Bistro
    Claire's
    Firefly
    Jackie's
    Les Halles
    Montmatre
    Talulla

We've booked at Bistro du Coin. Is this a good choice?

Well, it depends...If you like typical French bistro fare (steak frites, roasted chicken, mussels) at fair prices in a boisterous atmosphere, then it is a good choice. Food is reliable, prices are reasonable, drinks are reasonable.

We actually like it as a "go to" on typical holidays, because we are NOT typical holiday kind of people. We had Easter lunch there, and it was refreshingly free of kids in pastel clothes (though there WERE kids, of course) and people wearing their Easter finery. There will be no recognition that it is Mother's Day. There will be no special menu or flowers for Mom.

I always have a great time there, and if my mother were able to travel to DC, I think she would love the place.
