Cinco de Mayo Celebration

With Cinco de Mayo quickly approaching, I thought I'd turn to you Chowhounds to help me out. Besides a great day to go out and celebrate the Mexican culture (and throw back some margaritas and Coronas) it happens to be my birthday. And this year there happens to be what should be a great boxing match as well, so here's the requirements I need to meet.

1. A Mexican Restaurant with good food and drinks
2. Showing the De La Hoya vs. Mayweather Fight
3. Lines that aren't around the corner or that I can make a reservation at...
4. In the Hollywood/Santa Monica area

The last two years I've attempted to go to a Mexican place on my birthday and have failed due to outrageous waits. Are there any hidden gems I'm missing?

Also I don't mind getting to the restaurant early (mid afternoon) as long as they have the fight...

Thanks in advance for the help!
