Family-Friendly near Omni? (Michigan Ave)

We're taking our four-year old back to Chicago this weekend, and I'm interested in dinner ideas for a place near the Omni Suites where we'll be staying (Michigan btwn Erie and Huron).

It's been a while since I've been back, but I seem to recall that a Heaven on Seven is nearby and they may be a decent option, but I'm interested on hearing of others within walking distance. Thanks.

For deep-dish pizza, there's Giordano's on Rush (double-crust "stuffed" pizza) and Gino's East on Superior (single-crust "pan" pizza).

Grand Lux Cafe on Michigan at Ontario is another good choice for family-friendly dining.

I agree that pizza is always fun for a 4 y/o. Another option is to try tapas, and is in walking distance (see below). Yes, H on S is avail., but is touristy.

For tapas (which assumes that the four-year-old is an adventurous eater), 1492 Tapas is much closer.

Thanks. Tapas aren't a bad idea. On the deep dish, though, our daughter is currently on a "I'll pick off the pepperoni and ignore the rest of the pizza" phase, so I think it's wasted on her. Good to know there's a Giordano's nearby, however.

Buca di Beppo, on Rush right behind the Marriott, is very family-friendly. See website.
