Friday Night! Time to dispose of my income!

I want to eat an drink well with my loved one tonight. Are there any Japanese, French, and/or Californian restaurants in Northern San Francisco that anybody might recommend for a gastronome and gastronette, I can spend 118 Euro. Please, low-key places would be ideal (I'm really not looking for any place with a cocktail list that's bigger than the wine list).

Double Chins!

          Nice one...

          • I was thinking Delfina's (or maybe not because of that evil little waiter they used to employ), or maybe Little Joe's on Van Ness.

The only good meal of four visits to Little Joe's in its current location was a cheeseburger. Proceed with caution!
