Masa teppanyaki - boring

Our office went to Masa (Yonge and Charles) for teppanyaki for lunch. The food was OK, however there was only one chef for the whole room. We had 13 people so it was a long wait from start to finish. Also it was just plain cooking - no fancy knife work, flying ingredients, or onion volcano. Yamato was much better!
the teppanyaki isn't great, actually none of the food is outstanding. But, their sushi lunch specials hit the spot when I don't want to fork out a lot of money (or walk to Yorkville). The rolls are huge, they barely fit in your mouth.
Went for the a la carte 'buffet' and found the dishes uninspired and bland. The tempura in particular was very greasy and had an unpleasantly thick batter.
