Chili Cook Off Help

My office has an annual chili cook off for Cinco De Mayo and I am entering with Rachel Ray's Buffalo Chicken chili. Any ideas on a good side to make with this? I was thinking about some type of corn muffin or cornmeal crackers. Thanks in advance for your help!

I agree that a corn muffin (mini ones would be great!) or cornmeal crackers would be good, but with that type of chili, I would do celery sticks and a good homemade bluecheese dip alongside. It would really play up the idea of it being Buffalo Chicken flavored.

Why not crib another Rachael Ray tactic?
In this recipe (http://www.foodnetwork.com/food/recip...) she throws cornbread pancakes on top. We actually tried this a few nights ago and were pleased with the results.

I'm a huge fan of ranch with buffalo chicken. I would consider using ranch flavored crackers or bagel chips.

You could also do a beer bread. I think my grandmother's recipe was 2 cups of self-rising flour, 1T of sugar and a bottle of beer. I think. Anyhow, any beer bread is always good with chili.
