Happy hour or dinner suggestion near ACT theater?

i'll be going to ACT tomorrow night downtown. i've looked through posts and see recs for La Scene and Anju.

does anyone have any suggestions for a good happy hour or other place for an early dinner?

Grand Cafe one block up is not a bad place for an early dinner - they also have pretty good bar food.
