Hadn't been there in a few months and I was very happy to be back (a perfect place to go on a rainy night, as it is cozy and has lots of good beers). We ordered a Caesar salad and a pepperoni/mushroom pizza. The salad was very good, the pizza (brick oven with a cracker-like crust) was excellent. But the beer.......oh, the beer. They have Stovepipe Porter there. All I need to say is, if you like dark beers, Stovepipe Porter is one of the best around. Definitely give it a try if you have a chance. The only thing I don't like about the Dogwood is that unless you sit on the same side of the table with your dining partner (good if you're with S.O.; not good if you're with a buddy), only one of you can watch the Sox on TV.
