Best Dim Sum in Chinatown

I was there recently and would like to go back, there are so many places there but who has the best dim sum?

New Green Bo is a Shanghainese restaurant that serves Shanghainese dumplings among other things, not a dim sum specialist.

Based on one visit apiece, mind you, I'd say that Dim Sum Go Go is probably the best and Oriental Garden also serves good food, but the service is far inferior there. I showed up with a friend a bit before noon yesterday at Dim Sum Go Go. The place was pretty empty until near the time we left around 1:10. Sedate environment and good food, maybe very good.

but does dim sum go go do carts?

Dim Sum Go Go does not bring food around in carts. For a reasonable cart experience go to Harmony Palace at 98 Mott Street, or Mandarin Court on Mott Street, below Canal Street, or Oriental Garden on Elizabeth Street or Chatham Restaurant on Bowery at Chatman Square.

Nope. But in two times going there for dim sum so far, they're far superior to any other place I've been to for dim sum in Chinatown. And I think that's more than enough of a reason to dispense with the carts.
