washington DC recs?

i will be in DC for a conference for 5 days next week, and would love some recommendations on where to eat. i live in SF and love fresh, seasonal food. I'm open to whatever budget, as long as the food is great! I'll also have a car so getting around won't be a problem. Thanks!

If you have a car and are open to any budget hit 2941, Restaurant Eve (tasting room), Palena, Vidalia, and Komi, and skip any of the Andres restaurants unless you want that chain schlock he's putting out.

Lunch: Colorado Kitchen, CF Folks, Breadline, Jaleo, Zaytinya, Belga Cafe, 2 Amys, Pizzeria Paradiso, the cafeteria at the American Indian Museum, Taqueria Distrito Federal

Dinner: Palena, Corduroy, Vidalia, Charlie Palmer Steak, Montmartre, Kinkead's, Blue Duck Tavern, Central, CityZen

Unique meal: Minibar at Cafe Atlantico; Etete or another Ethiopian restaurant in the 9th Street NW area
