      I know this is 3 years late... but I did end up using Ed's Country Bakery for our wedding. He uses butter from his own farm to make the most incredible buttercreams (Italian). And his prices are unbelievable. $15 for a dozen cupcakes. We wish he was closer so we could order more for anniversaries, birthdays etc.
