Coming to Savannah after 10 years!

Where to go now? We only have two days, but want to make the best of it! We LOVE Savannah. We're foodies from LA, not into dishes with heavy butter (as described here about Paula Deen - that would be our idea of hell!), love seafood and new southern cooking that is more healthy, good martinis and fine wines. One night we must go to the best seafood dive going, even if we have to drive a bit for it. The other night, something non-touristy and upscale where we'll be among fellow local hounds. Suggestions?
