fishy business

hey,

i was wondering what would be the best way to make codfish. I like tangy and sweet, not spicy at all. My friend suggested baking it since its a "fragile fillet," this way consistency will not be damaged and the fillet will absorb the aroma and the flavor in the oven plus not too mention its healthy.

Recepies anyone ???? suggestions?????
