Haven't seen the draft, but the nitro cans have been on the shelves in NJ for at least a few weeks now. Since Guinness has the lion's share of the Irish stout market in the U.S., I can't really blame them for abandoning the market. Here in DC, I've only found a single place that has Beamish on tap. I hope they get back on the regular distribution. I can only find Carlsberg or Tuborg in the grocery stores. Never seen them on tap.
