I am always excited this time of year when the fresh green garlic comes in. I spotted it at Whole Foods last week although it's much better to get it at either a farmer's market or a Korean market. Anybody else out there loves this Spring allium?

Amazing - I just had some sauteed for dinner at home. Some olive oil and carmelized onions, a little salt and pepper. I would imagine green garlic would be truly amazing in the hands of a capable chef...
