Wow- Pacific Natural Foods Roasted Red Pepper Soup

I don't know if you've had a chance yet to try Pacific Natural Foods Roasted Red Pepper and Tomatoe Soup. It was as good, if not better than restaurant-made soups. It was very flavorful without being salty. And it is reasonably priced and not packed with calories. Before the weather get warm, you have to try it! I love to hear if you had others. I have had this one and the Butternut Bisque. Love them both, but the Red Pepper Soup is top notch!

  1. the plain tomato is oustanding as well. my absolute favorite

    1. I love this soup also and keep thinking I should use it somehow (as a base for a soup, stew, casserole?) other than just to sip it plain, but I haven't been able to think of anything that would be better!

This week I doctored mine up with some cubed firm tofu and some fresh peas and it was delicous. I'm also thinking that a squirt of Sriracha would not be amiss.

      2. I totally agree about the Roasted Red Pepper and Tomato Soup. I got three cartons on sale this week at Target so I am set for awhile. I also like the Tomato Soup, but am not as crazy about the French Onion or Butternut Squash.

Oh, I did not know the soups are sold at Target. I have been buying them at Whole Foods. I can only assume that it is cheaper at Target!

On their website they only list the soups as being sold at places like whole foods and other health food stores, but I have purchased them at both Target and Publix. They are substantially cheaper at Target, at least here.

        2. The very best thing about this soup is that it is Gluten Free and still tastes great.
That is so hard to find.
