Foie Gras in Indianapolis

I have lived in Indy off and on for 47 years. Only Friday did I learn that Kincaids regularly stocks whole fresh raw foie gras. They freeze it when they get it but if you let them know they will call you when they get it in so that you can avoide the freezing process. A lobe weighs just over a pound and sells for a little over $70.

My arteries will never be the same.

Thanks for the tip. What other treats do they have hidden?

I recently discovered their gyro meet in the frozen section. It's outstanding....great to thaw in the fridge while at work then throw it on a rack under the broiler for a super-fast dinner.
