Any suggestions for good things to eat around the Junction Blvd stop on the 7 train? (Roosvelt Ave in Corona-Elmhurt.) On Warren Ave there appears to be a collection of food vendors who operate on Sundays. Dishes from Ecuador, Peru etc. Some of the things look and smell good, but I'm never sure what to order . What about the restaurants in that area?

Rincon Criollo is one of my faves. I love the daily specials (slow-cooked stuff made with a sofrito) http://www.chowhound.com/topics/247466

Cabana Argentina is not bad, and about half a mile along Junction toward Corona are a lot of better Argentine choices. http://lacabanaargentina.com/

There's a good Mexican restaurant, La Tenampa, on Roosevelt right near the subway steps around the corner from Rincon Criollo.

There is a great Salvadorean restaurant called Tierras Salvadorenas at 94-16 37th Ave, a couple of blocks off of Junction on 37th. Very tasty pupusas and generous portions.
